My own turning point came when someone handed me a book of coaching questions, and I opened it to one that stopped me in my tracks: “What would you do if you weren’t afraid?” I didn’t have an answer—at least not one I could hear. That moment opened the door to a deeper journey of listening inward and stepping into a life of more meaning, creativity, and courage.
Around the same time, I attended a retreat that reawakened something in me—a sense of play, curiosity, and self-care that I had left behind in the roles of mother, wife, and manager. That experience reminded me that transformation doesn’t require a complete overhaul—it begins with honoring yourself. I call it my butterfly moment. From there, I began shifting the way I lived, led, and supported others.
These days, I bring together my experience in corporate leadership, emotional intelligence, and personal transformation into everything I offer—whether it’s 1:1 coaching, group facilitation, or soul-nourishing retreats. My approach is compassionate, practical, and rooted in the belief that you already have everything you need to grow. If you’re here, you might be standing at your own threshold. Sometimes, we just need the right space and support to remember what’s possible.
